CogiFit Football Training
Founded in 2018, CogiFit Football Training is a private and semi-private soccer training service for the Laval - Basses Laurentides region on the North Shore of Montreal.

Our training method allows players to improve awareness and improve their vision of the game through the use of equipment and technologies used by professional clubs.

Our training sessions also allow the development of physical, technical and mental skills in order to draw the full potential of each athlete.
